Pembrokeshire Swimming Gala

A new experience for me – photographing a swimming gala! Lots of noise, laughter and competition at Haverfordwest Leisure Centre!

H’west County vs Bala Town

A very disappointing home loss for Haverfordwest County at the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium against Bala Town.

A surprising early red card for Jack Wilson turned the game in the visitor’s favour after Elliot Scotcher had put the Bluebirds 1 -0 up with a well placed free kick.

H’west County vs Cardiff Met Uni

A 1-0 home victory for Haverfordwest County AFC at the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium against Cardiff Met University FC in the JD Cymru Premier. A late goal by Jamie Veale secured all three points for The Bluebirds.

It was a return to action for Kyle Patten, plus a return for the local boy, Alaric Jones, who now plays for Cardiff Met.

H’west County vs Flint Town

Skipper Dylan Rees put Haverfordwest County in the lead in hard fought draw at the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium. An equaliser by Flint Town saw the game ending with both teams sharing the points. The match was not only Harri John’s first senior start in the JD Cymru Premier, but Corey Shepard’s return from injury.

H’west County vs Newtown

A disappointing 2 – 3 home loss for Haverfordwest County against Newtown in a wet affair in the JD Cymru Premier.

Skipper Dylan Rees got the home side off to a great start with a superb long range effort, but the visitors finished the day as the winners.

Penybont FC vs H’west County

An away defeat for Haverfordwest County AFC against Penybont FC has seen the Pembrokeshire side slip off the top of the JD Cymru Premier.

45 supporters made the journey up on the bus, and certainly made their presence known to the home fans!

H’west County vs Swansea City u23

A high-scoring match at the Ogi Bridge Meadow Stadium saw Swansea City’s u23 team beat Haverfordwest County 5 – 2.

Macmillan Mighty Hike – Gower 2022

What a marvellous experience and an honour to be a small part of! Hundreds of walkers (no running allowed!) taking on either a half or full marathon for Macmillan Cancer Support around the beautiful Gower peninsula.

It was fantastic working with Sussex Sport Photography and every photo is available HERE 📸😁

Challenge Wales 2022

A superb triathlon organised by Activity Wales held at Fishguard and Goodwick, Pembrokeshire.

A lumpy, cold swim (is it really June?), a windy bike (not too hilly) and a run in the rain!

Reservoir Jog 2022

If you thought that Reservoir Jog was just going to be a sedate 10k run around Llys y Fran Country Park, you must’ve forgotten that it was organised by The Narberth Nobbler!

Paint throwing, a Pimms Bar and running through a bog (naturally) were all on the cards – great fun!
