2024Sunshine (not much) and showers (lots!) at this year’s Ras Dewi Sant, starting and finishing at UK’s smallest city, St David’s.
There were 3 routes to choose from (a 10km, a half marathon and a full marathon) and each involved running along the windy conditions of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.
Please accept my apologies if there’s water smeared across my lens – I tried my hardest to keep it dry 😁

2023Jo’s RED 2023
Huge congratulations to Jo Williams for completing R.E.D. 2023 (Run Every Day in 2023)!
Jo has raised over £1000 and still counting for Cancer Research UK, a very worthy cause that’s very close to my heart, and what better colour to wear than pink 😁
Her last run of the year was a 5km with Pembrokeshire Triathlon Club held over the Haverfordwest Parkrun’s route at the Racecourse.
