H’west RFC v Pembroke RFC
The rugby season has begun once again! Haverfordwest’s first game was at home against Pembroke. The whole division has a definite feel of the old Pembrokeshire League and I’m looking forward to taking more photographs this season!

Redberth 10 Mile TT
I’ve been fortunate to ride a few of the weekly 10 mile time trials (cycling is certainly a growing sport in Pembs) and I was a marshall at tonight’s Pembrokeshire Time Trial held at Redberth – here’s a few of the photos!
